Listings

We publish monthly listings of homes that have been foreclosed on by the federal government and private lending institutions.  First time home buyers, current home owners and foreclosure investors can purchase valuable real estate with prices often beginning around $10,000 or more (depending on location and property type).

Property Types

Foreclosure listings are released for the entire state you select and often include single-family homes, co-ops and condominiums.  Duplexes and multi-family homes are even provided, when available, for those looking for rental property investments.

It is important to note: The real estate market changes regularly and even though we strive to provide the best possible foreclosure data, home sizes, prices and conditions will vary.  In order to accommodate both lower and upper income families, as well as professional investors, we do not edit our listings.

Financing Options

Mortgage options can range from VA, FHA and conventional loans to seller financing.  Depending on the property and the individual, offers with minimum or no down payment requirements are sometimes available.

Even though we are not a licensed mortgage broker, we do offer a free mortgage application through our affiliate.  There is no cost or obligation and you receive multiple offers from one application - you get to choose from the best rates.

Making an Offer

Listed next to each foreclosure's address is a suggested price and telephone number of the representative assigned to the property by either the government or private lender.  All inquires and offers must be directed to them.  We are not involved in the sale.
